Sorry!

Power washing was going well today until one of my painters pressure washed units 114 through 119  when notice had been given. I am so sorry! We have stopped on these units and will continue on sequentially.

Sorry,

The start!

We will be pressure washing units 1 through 20 starting on June 1. A notice has been taped to the garage door of the units we are starting with.

We will be using a 15% bleach solution that will not be harmful to your plants.

We ask that you please close your windows during the pressure washing phase. We also request you remove all items from your deck and away from the exterior walls. All items that can’t be removed from the deck can be placed in the centre of the deck and covered to allow access to the exterior walls.

We will be working sequentially. Further updates will be made when we move to the next units.

Thanks in advance,
Greg
